THE PROVIDER, “HAWKHUBBER.COM” DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, INCLUDING ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, FOR SUCH “SERVICES”. THE CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT NO REPRESENTATION HAS BEEN MADE BY THE PROVIDER HAWKHUBBER.COM DIRECTLY, AS TO THE “SERVICES” FOR THE CUSTOMER, OR THEIR INTENDED PURPOSE.

These services shall be covered by the “Services” provider’s current “Terms and Conditions” on their respective webpages. Please make sure you read these “Terms and Conditions” carefully. However, some compensation claims can be made on the booking page on the drop down menu of the Hawkhubber site, by clicking and filling in the “Compensair” compensation claim’s form.
